Right before I poison everyone, I am right in thinking I can put nasturtiam leave in a salad? I just tried one and it was damn strong!!! My other leaves (wild rocket and lettuce) have not yielded much so far - despite me picking it over rather well and I would like to beef up the salad but I don't want to give anyone the runs (or worse!).

yes you can peppery and yummy x
Yes you can eat the leaves & the flowers but they're way too strong a flavour for me...a bit of limp lettuce is my limit :o)
Yes, put 'em in your usual green salad but chop them up then one doesn't get as much & with the other leaves gives a subtle taste. Do the same with the flowers or put them on a plate as a garnish. (and a conversation piece)
