Wu Banger....I'm heartily sick of explaining this ....

I give my hubby three options of what's for dinner every evening, he chooses one. Yes, I have al the ingredients. Sometimes, due to the nature of his job my hubby brings people home for dinner at short notice - eg he'll phone me at 5.30 say, so I have to have extra stuff to cook. I have a garden full of veg and fruit, organic meat and poultry from our farms, my husband has an extended wine cellar and he buys cheese like nobody else!
Ok, thanks. You're husband must be a big lad if he has a 4 course meal every night!
Please please keep on with the menus - I'm new to them and I love them

PS .One cafetiere of my personal special blend Rich Roast coffee for you......while the souffle goes back into the oven.................
seafood platter followed by lamb kebabs. Will not be able to manage pudding or cheese after these two courses! I think a white wine will be perfect.
