I've just been to a local well known supermarket and I it REALLY annoys me when people leave their trolleys just left in the middle of the aisle or an an angle so others can't get past.
Also, when people have conversations whilst blocking the aisle also. this is REALLY annoying.
Please can I ask the general public, to at least show a little consideration with their trolley and when blocking aisles whilst having a conversation with a neighbour. Maybe this will help to make our lives that little bit easier.
Does anyone else get really annoyed by others with their careless attitudes with trolleys.
I have a thing about people who won't put their trolleys away when they have finished with them, it doesn't take a moment to slot them nicely into each other (this is places like Tesco where you don't have to pay for the trolley).
Most of the old dears in my local supermarket are off their bleedin trolleys. They form discussion groups at pinch points at the end of isles and then cause mayhem at checkout when they hand over out of date coupons that wont scan. Don't get me started on forgotten pin numbers or looking for small change lurking in the bowels of their hand bags.
And what about when somebody on a Motability scooter gets loose in the store? They all seem to think that everybody else are the ones causing the blockages and that they have the automatic right of way
I just knew an answer like Kat's would come up Craft. It always does. Does anybody consider that Pensioners do have other things to do and that they have as much right to shop at what ever time suits them. We are not a breed apart!! I shall shop when I damn well want to, will block the aisles wiith my trolley, chat to my friends, take ages loading my basket and then dash off to get something I forgot. I will ignore everybody I am holding up. I have earned it!! I have worked all my life and now I want to be an awkward OAP and have fun!!
I don´t shop as I am an alpha male, BUT mrs sqad says that the rudeness described above is intolerable and unacceptable and although the Spanish do have their moments, it is the British holidaymakers that are the least considerate.
hear hear lottie, well said that lady :)
ya boo sucks to all those who complain, just don't forget you'll all be in the same position one day!
if i'm in the mood, i'll browse around and take my time looking for inspiration for something different. if i'm not in the mood, it's in and out as quick as poss.
my very own alpha male sometimes accompanies me on these excursions, he's very secure in his own maleness so shops don't frighten him like they do some (mentioning no names) and realises that if he helps eat or use it, then he ought to help buy it. but only when i say so!!!
