I always find that frying or grilling chops makes them very tough. I prefer them slow-baked in the oven - much more tender.
Make a marinade by combining orange juice and spices and herbs which you like, and a bit of vegetable or olive oil. Brush on the chops and then roast. bake, grill or cook however you want to.
Chilli/sweet and sour sauce - yum.

Just had the same zzxxee. I brush mine with honey and mustard and griddle both sides then finish off in the oven. They were lovely.
I always sprinkle my pork chops with Chinese 5 spice.....absolutely devine.
coat them in mustard and brown sugar, they are lovely, then use the juice to add to the gravy
cook the chops, then spread apple sauce on then a nice layer of grated cheese and then grill.............heaven,
