Morning lumin. I'm retired, I'm usually up and about at this time. I get any paperwork out of the way first, then, usually, open the morning thread. some days I have more to do than others. It's the best time of day. Everything is fresh and tranquil, nobody is about, (they've all got more sense!) :-}

did a volunteer thing in Koh Lanta and people can adopt cats and dogs and they send them to your country and stuff. but i dont know if people will be intereste, worth a try though! have a goodun :)

I will indeed lumin. That's a new one on me! In Melaka back in the 60's there more feral dogs and cats than enough! Have a happy day.

It depends what's keeping you awake bet. A warm milky drink at bedtime may help. Failing all else get ratfaced! Never fails!! :-]

an air asia flight isnt too expensive back to the UK, i could pop back give you a quick knock on the head and fly back out here, not a problem.

but i always find keeping busy all day is good to feel tired, got a park near you at all? take the dog for a walk if you have one? do some jobs round the house? oh oh oh clean the house! that ALWAYS makes me feel shattered :)
