OH has bought home more tomatoes from his allotment. We have given a lot to our neighbours but there are still quite a few in my kitchen. Have any of you got any easy recipes to use them up and/or freeze? TIA
How about making some pasta sauce and then freezing it? You'd then be able to knock up some Italian-style dishes very simply in future. (You could also use it as the basis of chilli dishes, etc). Nigel Slater's smokey one would appeal to me:
