Help!! I am not expert at games but someone has given me a Nintendo DS and I have been enjoying myself with 'Narnia'. I have completed all the quests (apart from the new dwarf cave, which I have found out you can only do after rescuing Edmund)) but am now totally stumped as to how to go about rescuing Edmund. I have been running around Narnia for two evenings in desparation!!

Can anyone out there please give me a pointer in the right direction. I am sure someone aged 7 would laugh at my plight, but age is not on my side.

Well earlier this year I was a 44D but luckily I lost some of it. They are uncomfortable and do get in the way, and in the heat they get dreadfully sore. I didn't look pregnat from the back either (everyone said it'll be a boy) but I wasn't that big at all, could bend down and touch my toes right through to the end (and not bending knees). I was a big at 5months as I was at 9....

What a pe po belly bum of a day it's been, it got colder as it went on & it barely seems to have been light. I'll be getting rickets in me sticks soon, tut

Glad to hear Mr s made the bus trip shaney & I hope you get the peaceful days you're looking forward to.

Jude you could pick some one more exciting to kiss than Dot Cotton (she's very good tho' I love June Brown) but it could have been worse I s'pose, you could have kissed little Willy. :o)
LOL Robi. I can feel Dot now she felt so warm and cuddly in my dream.. By the way my Mum was called Dot. Spooooky!!
Yes I agree about the weather hardly been light all day. And I'm not one to really complain about the weather but today i'm very close to it.
Heating's on and I have 2 long sleeved thick jumpers on as well.
Cuppa ttme again methinks!!
Hello all, Shaney i am so pleased that you had a good day. normal's lovely isn't it. In my professional experience, catheters rarely rarely leak when they are draining properly. They can block and then may ooze down the side but before that happens, the bladder gets full and quite uncomfortable. Provided that the wee is coming through clear and not bitty, a blockage shouldn't happen. DH (the fool) was quite sorry to lose his catheter in one way as he now has to pee every three hours or so. This will get back to normal once his non return valve is reinstated and his bladder stretches a bit. Shaney if Mr S is to keep the catheter in for a while, you might want to talk to the specialist doctor or nurse about clipping off the catheter occasionally to give Mr S's bladder a bit of a stretch. It used to be good practice when i was at work but not sure what current thinking is.
Dh is being suspiciously well behaved. He has a motorbike meeting tonight and really wanted to go. I said okay BUT he had to rest today, eat and drink well today and promise to rest tomorrow....and he did!
okay that's enough piddle talk. shocking weather here today...the new hardstanding just got finished in time and looks lovely....hope Vinny isn't being washed away....and that Kit is coping. Neti how is your foot...amputation is always an option you know.
I finally finally have got my lovely grape jeans in my size, also some very pretty ornaments for the tree...old fashioned glass acorns, cream and silver roses and a white and silver poinsettia type flower.
Going to phone Sis for a gossip....laters

Hi woofy, was just showing my foot to Mr N and he thinks 16 days is long enough for it to hurt, so will go see mi medico ( wonder if I'll have to strip naked for him - mmmm!)

I've been buying silver stars for the tree this year instead of baubles, but now have to find little gold ones, as daughter has decreed that it shall be a gold and silver tree!!! I love christmas!

Hi swedie, hope you are Ok and managing, we are all here for you, so don't get too down.
Woofy that Chris Rea was lovely, at first I thought it was Chris de burgh and I wasn't bovvered!
Will someone please tell me what a grinch is - and what does KBO stand for. I'm thick or what.....
Love that song. Brings back memories...
Off to watch footie now. Have a good night everybiddy xx
The grinch was a miserable cartoon character who was green and hated all things Chrismas, can't remember the ending but I'm sure he turned it all around. Don't know about KBO!!
KBO is ...Keep Buggering On Jude .
Attributed to Churchill in the dark days of the war .
On days when nothing seemed to be going his way, he would start the day off by saying out loud: "KBO - Keep Buggering On"
Oh PS thanks for the advice Woofy .I'll pass this along to my patient :)
He doesn't go back for a test until Friday week but I'm more or less certain this is an enlarged prostate (again) and an op is the only answer .

I get it now Woofy. A Grinch is a miserable old sod who wouldn't enjoy Christmas.
The match is awful. England are losing 2 - 0. Just made my Horlicks so I'm of now for some more 'punishment' hoping we might just score in the second half.
Have a good night all..
sounds like England made a Horlicks of it too, Jude
Well we had a nice evening .Mr S was pleased to have another man to grumble with:)
Old accountants never die they just keep totting up the figures :)
He's an old colleague from their Brown and Root days and when B&R moved out of Yarmouth and we went with them to London he commuted and lived with us for a couple of years .
He lives in Norwich now and always pops in once a month or so
.Last time we had bad news and this time good and it's so nice to see men who have known one another for years slap one another on the back and shake hands and have a laugh together .

Hi, its the Grinch. Just popped in to say goodnight!! (and Bah humbug). ;o) Fortunately, we are all grinches. We do have a nice Christmas day but very low key. Just some pressies and a nice meal, then a big sigh of relief that all the pre Christmas madness is over and done with. Of course, when Master LL was little we made a great effort and had all the works. Funnily enough he has grown up to be a Grinch too.

Mr LL's Christmas actually doesn't occur until early January and never was as important as Easter in his family.

Glad you and Mr S had a good day Shaney. You both deserve it. xxx
Mornin' possums, just a quick wave back to all of you, you are sweet <3 I honestly don't feel well but looking forward to Saturday which brings theatre and a fancy restaurant with a gang of friends, the out-of-towners and a couple of others.

Neti I'm so sorry for you regarding your old mate, it must have been horrible for you to read that article.

<they can't throw a swede in the tower for lèse majesté can they?> The extra-marital affair you were discussing, jno and Woofy, was hinted at in the film The Queen. Didn't seem like a sensationalist movie to me so I believe it./ What about the grandson, I was watching part of the engagement interview on YouTube and heard him say about the proposal "as every guy out there will know it takes a certain amount of motivation to get yourself going" - another classic, not quite as memorable as "whatever love means" but still...! Not what she would want him to tell the world.

now THIS is romance https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=utaWZT5N-tQ
Morning all, yes Mr N is a dreadful Grinch, if he had his way Xmas would just be an ordinary day, but I always insist we make it special, of course I buy all the gifts, cos I have a big family! I have to say when Boxing Day comes I want to rip down all the decs etc, and I usually do after New Year, and just leave the creche until 6th Jan cos that's the Day of the Kings which is the Spanish equivalent of Santa, cos the Kings bring the kiddies presents. Of course they have copied us now and use Santa and so many kids have presents from them all!!!
Swedie, I was surprised to learn that he was down and out, cos his b-i-l over here has loads of money and always gives him accommodation and cash when needed. And believe it or not, we locals always help out with food etc when someone needs help. He was a bit strange and always the diva so maybe he couldn't handle his impoverished state, although his friend (mentioned in the paper) Dominic told me that Allister was organising a huge bash in London! If he had to go, this is rememberance he would have wanted. Of course, I feel more sorry for the train driver who is completely innocent in all this and will have this trauma hanging over him for evermore!
looking a bit damp this morning, though not Cornwall damp - here, I'll just send this to Vinny in case the west country is under threat

Might help you on the ice rinks of Stockholm too, Kit. Yes, I remember The Queen, James Cromwell harrumphs 'Why can't he just have a mistress like everyone else' and Helen Mirren gives just the tiniest grimace that you might not notice.
