I presume you mean Weston Super Mare ?
Well the Balmoral used to sail up and down the Severn Estuary, calling into places in England and Wales. The Waverly was another one I can remember.
Something I can remember, although not very clearly as I was only little when it happened, is the old car ferry that ran before the Severn Bridge opened.
