We have water going down the back of the sink and it's running down the wall behind into the cupboard below .This is very complicated :)
The sink is only a gap of about an inch and half from the tiled splashback and has been set into a beechwood worktop .Over time this has started to go all grotty ,the grout is all nasty and any water that gets spashed around is running down the back of it and under the lip of the sink into the cupboard .
This usually only happens when Mr S is doing any washing up .I've tested it with a glass of water :)
My son is going to fit a new sink and worktop for us ....but ..
he's full of good intentions but we may have to wait a while ....
In the meantime is there some sort of waterproof tape that I can buy to shore up this gap pro tem.

Ooops sorry shaney told you I was all back to front.

Oh I get dreadful rashes under the bazooms, but unless gets too bad, always just use Labocane powder and kitchen roll in the bra. Labocane = Lanocan.

I sometimes have to get cream from chemists, but use Savlon healing gel now for everything. All OK atm, although has started itchinbg in the middle!!
Question Author
Yes I think your Labocane is probably the equivalent of our Lanacane Neti .
Horrible isn't it .I wish I had smaller bosoms :)
I've tried all sorts this time as the Lanacane didn't seem to be helping .I've tried calamine ,sudocreme ,various talcs etc ,bathing it with cold water.
She did say if this cream doesn't help to go to the doctor .
Oh dear shaney, that sounds sore. I'm a big fan of savlon, I think I'll get some of the gel in.
My ailment du jour is feeling heavy and wobbly like I've been drugged...I came over hot and dizzy at the shops this morning, I soldiered on but I kept catching my trolley on everything...and everybody. :) I sometimes think days like this are painless migraines. Yes, there's always sommat, tut.

would WD40 reduce the friction at all? Well, obviously I haven't had much medical training.

Lol....Jno .
I'd smell like a locksmiths toolbox ....hahaa.
I'll have to have a look for this Savlon Gel ,sounds good .Another medicament to add to the mountain of other medicaments bunging up the bathroom cupboard :)
I'm a great believer in WD40, it is made from prawns I believe and is a great cure all.

I cooked chicken in chilli powder (not a spicy one) and soy sauce and olive oil to put in a salad and boiled pots for pot salad and noone wants it!

Shaney I feel for you, cannot suggest anything else, just grin (grimmace) and bear (bare) it. Actually fresh air would do it good.
Can you get Lanocane talc over there? It is good at keeping under the boobs dry.
Question Author
Yes we have the Lanacane talc Neti, but they didn't have any in my pokey Boots branch today so I bought some Cuticura instead .
I 've always used it in the past but it seems hard to find these days .

What I would really like to do is go down the beach, strip off and launch myself into the sea.
But would probably get run in for frightening little children ..lol.

Have to say that Labocane talc is not easy to get here, if I see it, I buy a couple, as they never have it when I need it. We also get something here called Talquistina, which is like a calamine talc and has little grains in it, I try to avoid it!
Much like Lily the Pink's medicinal compound, no?
I sometimes wonder if there was a connection but I've never heard them say there was.
Hi all. Had a great night last night. Went seroc dancing with me bro. The first time for years I haven't taken a handbag with me. All I took was my seroc club card. No money, no bus pass or credit card. Never danced in one night with as many men as I did, for 18 to 80. Good fun. Good job the room was air conditioned. When we got home I did chip butties and salad for him while he got his guitar out and we sang and harmonised for ages. Also talk heaps about music and also listened to some Led Zep and Dylan. Didn't get to be until 1.30 this morning and then nearly fell asleep at Tai chi. So relaxed and tired. Had to drive very carefully to the pub for lunch then home. Shan't be long now out of bed cos I'm meeting my walking friend tomorrow. Walking somewhere near Bakewell in Derbyshire but now sure where yet.
After all that hope you forgive me going on a bit but it was sooooo good and I don't see him very often do I. We've got closer as we've got older. Because there's 20 years between us and that did make a difference when I was 40 and he was 20.
Hope you're all ok and aches and pains are being kept at bay. I have to admit to taking paracetamol for my left knee after last night. I did twist around a bit.
Have a good night and sleep tight. I have I small request to whoever is looking after us. Please may we have just a drop of rain while I in bed tonight. Thank you!
Please excuse all errors my eyes are closing by the minute......zzzzz
whoa, hang on jude...... what is seroc dancing? oh I want a good night out!
I can hear her snoring from here, it's Ok jude, I'll google it!
This stuff has completely sorted my "skinfold" problem, brilliant stuff.
