We have this bush in the garden .When it comes into bloom it looks glorious and it's just starting now .However I have no idea what it is . It was here when we moved in nearly nine years ago .
Any offers ?

All summer clothes and shoes bunged in a suitcase and stored in hija's large wardrobe. Now to find all the winter boots etc. Cooler today . my goddaughter is in labour, its been 2 days already, now apparently although unborn the baby has pooed!

Just finished watching it .Very good, well acted .I've never read the book and I was surprised at the outcome. It's supposed to be the first ever detective novel.
Dreary old day here ,cold and drizzling with rain.Very gloomy.
Very good Jno ..I can tick off quite a few of those.
Hope you're all ok and that the baby is born as soon as Neti .Two days is a very long labour, she must be exhausted.
Baby Jacob James was born by forceps at 14.41. I bet she's jolly relieved. Mine only took 25mins and then I was eating a plate of paella!!
Morning all. Very windy here, was raining but sunny now. Washing blowing away merrily. Posted hija's Xmas box to Dubai. 43€ yikes, the pressies inside weren't worth that much but its nice for her to open something on Xmas morning!
Little baby Jacob has been sent to a special ward as he loses temperature as soon as there no skin to skin contact.
so chilly here I don't even have to go outside to check. Two pairs of socks on and it's barely November. I will be microwaving my feet soon.

Actually, it's probably normal, just that I notice it more each year.
oh poor baby, hope he will soon be back with his Mum. Needing it colder here to get the tortoises hibernated, I want them out of the spare room!

Hello all
Brrrr..it's cold .North wind and bits of rain, really wintery out there .
Put your feet in the hot cushion Jno .I put mine on my back last night while I watched teevee.
I hope the baby will soon be alright Neti .
got my cushion here already plugged in and ready to go, shaney, but if I switch it on during the day I'll have nothing to move up to in the evening, let alone in January blizzards.
Very windy here, raining then sun. Chillyish. Everything blowing about!! Love it.
Lovely and dark, waiting for Mr N to bring in a curry.
How are you all??
just sitting here quiety listening to the nice noise.

It was like WW3 earlier over the back but all quiet now .
I'm watching an old series on Walter Presents called Underworld .It was a mini series back in '97 .Sort of a black comedy.
good morning. I drove around for 4h20 last night to avoid the worst of the fireworks and the huge local display. I thought I knew about 4 safe places to stop but none of them were quiet so apart from a refuelling stop, I just drove and drove. We did miss all the neighbours ones (I think) and when we got home the worst was over, dogs still distressed but we avoided blind panic. final fireworks around 12.45. I have a word to describe them but you might still think I am a nice person so won’t use it here. Hope you are all ok and than the babe is doing well
2nd attemp.
Good morning. I slept so well last night and don't wake until 11am! Must have needed it. Off for paella today. Sunny but theres a chill in the air. Baby Jacob is better, his blood sugar levels were low!
Have a nice day. Anyone watching Victorian slum I'm enjoying it.
Gosh woofy your poor dogs!
Home from paella which was very nice bit I got so cold. Now home in jammies and Sox watching The Crown downloaded from Netflix.
Question Author
It's been grim here ,really cold and raining .
You must have been worn out driving about like that Woofy.I hope you have a quiet night tonight.
Nothing much doing here ,just going to have our dinner and dig in for the evening.Might light the fire it's so wintery .I'd love to see The Crown, the trailers look good. I think you have to subscribe though .
no such blooming luck, very noisy here, must be private fireworks as so many from different directions.
