We have this bush in the garden .When it comes into bloom it looks glorious and it's just starting now .However I have no idea what it is . It was here when we moved in nearly nine years ago .
Any offers ?

Happy Birthday Neti
Hope you feel a bit better and that you have a lovely day and many happy returns.x
Thank you. Spent the day in bed. Mr N gave the sisters a lovely lunch but I stayed out the way. Haven't eaten for a day and a half, just not hungry.
Oh dear neti, what a shame on your birthday. Chin up, you'll have to make up for it when you feel better.
Question Author
That's a miserable birthday for you Neti .I do hope you soon feel better.
Try some soup and toast or a nice boiled egg and soldiers.Failing that Robinia and I will fly over with a bottle of Metatone.A couple of swigs of that and you'll be fine :)
It's been drizzling here all day on and off ,damp and dreary.Best place is in bed with a book and hwb which is where I'm going any minute now .
Night all.
feel better soon Neti....
oight oight all
Morning all. had a couple of spoons of chicken soup last night, but thats all i could manage. sweated like a pig all night. cat had an accident in the night so I had to clear that up and wash her towels, kitchen invaded by ants, then i showered and felt really dizzy so sat down in the bath and it all went grey, so i hauled myself back to bed, gum's hurting where the tooth came out. What a mess, sisters coming up in a minute.
Morning...
Neti, been thinking about you and you're worrying me. Please get in touch with someone, doctor or dentist, and tell them you feel very ill after a tooth extraction.
being bossy

Hope everyone else is chugging along.
Aw bless Robi please don't fret on my behalf. I'm sure I'm on the mend if slowly.
good morning all. quite a grey start here. Neit, Robi is right, don’t mess around with your health!

Hello all
Grey and mizz here ,real feel of 5C with the chilly wind.
Yes I agree with the other medical staff Neti .You may have an infection of some sort.Won't hurt to go to the mexico just to make sure .
Been up most of the day with sisters. Defo on the mend but shattered now. Ate a spoonful of salad and a slice of jam sponge (my birthday cake). They've gone now. I'm off to bed, but definitely on the mend!!
Question Author
That's good Neti .I reckon it was that tooth that's upset you somehow.
It could have been infected and it's got into your system somehow.Take it easy.
definitely sounds like post-tooth stress to me.

Seen nice dentist today and he confirms what not-so-nice dentist said, it'll have to come out. It's a tricky one as the root could snap off so he's referred me on to his top operative next week.

Next up, nice physio this evening.
Oh jno my roots snapped off which is why it took so long and the corner of my mouth split and that's painful too. I have a nasty bronchial cough now so can't be the tooth can it, really hacking away. Anyway whatever caused it I think, I am on the mend. In fact I just trudged down the land to shut the big gate,,don't like dogs entering, and I cleaned up the kitchen and ate a pot noodle, which was ok but not something to make a habit of. Back in bed now.
oh no wonder then, they can be a burger to get out, I'm not surprised it left you shivery.
Question Author
At least you've got a pot noodle Neti.I doubt ,being poorly, you've seen the news today.
Some people are going to boycott Unilever .Very peevish, churlish and childish of them .It's all the fault of the remainers you know :)
I'm pleased you feel a bit better though.Honey and lemon for the cough.Do as you're told and rest .
Not you as well Jno .I hope it goes alright .We'll hold your hand ,don't worry.
I felt as if I'd been hit by a ten ton truck when they yanked my back three out but they came out easily root and all. I was glad to see the back of them .Sloshing whisky round the holes helps ;)
Sleep tight all.

Can't sleep. Feel OK though.
Morning all...very chilly but it was a lovely autumnal morning until the sun disappeared.

I'm pleased you're improving neti but (like shaney) I thought you might have a nasty infection. I was in total shock after they'd battled with my extraction, the roots were curved, I don't know how I made it home. If I ever have teeth out again I'll take someone with me. That said, I've had almost no jaw pain since then, it had sometimes been bad previously.

Good luck jno, hope it isn't too traumatic.

The last time I ate a pot noodle my insides suffered post-msg stress for three days. :)
I've given up worrying about extractions, they've all gone okay, though some of the roots went so deep that each time the dentist pulled, my foot lifted off the floor.

Root canals, they're okay too... as long as the anaesthetic works. When it doesn't they are quite unpleasant.

Hello all
Another damp cloudy hair frizz day here.
Hope you're feeling better Neti and the rest of you are alright .I can't seem to summon up any enthusiasm to do much at all in this dreary weather.
