I have a Plant in the garden with sword type leaves, they grow in a fan up the stems, does anyone know it’s name, please?

Could it be a cordyline?

Like this Gardenmad? They can be green or variegated also. Some grow as tall as trees, some flower, some do not develop the trunk or thick stem. The one shown is Cordyline Australis Red Star,I believe.

Sorry for my bad attempts at spelling Latin names earlier, I was in a rush.
Another contender with fan shaped leaves might be the 'European fan palm' aka (Chamaerops humilis)
