Strawberries

This is their third year and I have lots of fruit already but they don't seem to be putting out any runners this year for me to pot on .They are not in the ground but in a strawberry pot and various other containers .Are they past their sell by date and shall I chuck them once finished fruiting and get new for next year ? I have had a few ripe fruits already and they taste OK !

haha, morning neti, have you been playing with your random question generator again? yesterday pegs, today pasties...well I don't see why you can't cook them frozen (please don't ask for how long) but you don't want to burn the pastry before the inside's done.

Oh dear, more bad news, my older sister phoned today, she has 3 cancerous lumps in her breast so is having a masectomy next wednesday, I've offered to go over to look after her, but she says she'll be better without my ministrations! There are other family members to help.
