powdery mildew

Aaaagh! got loads of fluffy white stuff with black bits in it on some mini apples tree in my back garden. its slowly spreading to other plants. heard it might be powdery mildew but how do i treat it! thanks.

It's also possible that it could be Downy Milldew or whooly Aphid*, So it may be worth using Lonnies link to check those out too. All the Best. Tbird+
