pvc skirting.

Our bathroom has just been tiled from top to bottom. The idea was to stick a white pvc skirting to the tiles with a good quality double sided tape. However the tape will not adhere to the tiles. Does anyone know of a good adhesive (preferably contact) that will stick pvc to a ceramic tile?

The tape should adhere - have you cleaned the tiles with white spirit?

Mastic but Liquid Nails is better

Have cleaned the tiles with spirit and used a combination of No More Nails tape and No More Nails adhesive.
Hope I don't have to take it off again.

Sorry not to have got in sooner. Evostick 'Nail and Seal' is particularly good. It has the advantage of a an initial 'high grab' quality. (I know you've done the work, but others might be interested).
