My big pal has just moved into a new house. it was an old dear that lived there before him. He has now came out in rashes.

Could he be allergic to old people??

Possibly, it depends how old he is himself.  It is more likely that the old lady has left a curse on the house.  Your friend is lucky it's only a rash and nothing has dropped off yet.

Did the "old dear" have a cat or a dog?

Did the carpets remain with the house?

Ditch the carpets and any other fabrics

if, say, he is 30 now, in perhaps 40 years, he may develop signs of being old, even though he is at present moderately young.

Otherwise, drag in the local priest for a cut-price exorcism, with a backhander to the choirboys, torch the place for the insurance and move to Tijuana, SHARPISH.
