Can I use this at home, if I fit the plug inside a 3 pin adapter unit ? (UK spec)

Yes shouldn't be a problem, used one for years.
Just about every electric razor that you can buy has a two-pin plug for use in either bathroom fitting or adapter.

No socket in bathroom but I can charge it elsewhere.
Hopefully the charger will work on 230V, otherwise you cannot hope for it to survive being plugged into a UK socket (with an adaptor).
My experience of electric razors (both Philips and Braun) over the years is this....the razors (if mains only) and chargers (if rechargeable or mains/rechargeable) are designed for use on voltages from 100 to 240...all the razors and chargers are so labelled.

Its a 240v not a 110v and is working well after charging.
