Price of tree felling

I have a 20 ish foot tree at the bottom of our garden. It is against a wall and very close to a shed & pond. It is also a back-to-back house with bad access. How much would you expect to pay?

Afraid I don't know the answer to your question, but if its been there years, check first, to make sure its not protected, otherwise you could end up with a hefty fine.

All the obstackles you have mentioned will obviously weigh heavy on the price, I'd gather several quotes before rushing into it, as they may vary considerably. As Lonnie says, make sure it dose not have a TPO on it first. sorry I could'nt guess a price. Good Luck.
