Mine done last year, terraced house, cost 175 partly due to grant goverment giveds to installers
There is a contact organisation whose name escapes me. Your Citizens' Advice Bureau should have their details - call them to get contact details of istallers of various types of insulation in your area. Get quotes galore and you can compare - including grant details because many installers roll in the grant application (but you can also get details of grants through your local authority).
I was Quoted 500 plus Vat for a five bed detatched property for injected foam infill last year. We are situated to the West of London in Bucks. I think there is a gov. grant avaliable
