Growing parsley from seed

I have grown parsley from seed and it is doing really well but is now getting quite tall in the small pots it is in. Do I need to transfer it to a bigger pot and should I move it outside or just keep it as it is? Thanks

Here in Spain I grow flat leaved parsley in a very large pot in the garden about every 6 months I pull it out and resow cos if it is not picked continously it seems to grow very leggy and some bits die off
