I've saved the original details of this, registered, and collected enough vouchers. But now that I read the details again, it says "complete the coupon here (above right). Doh!! That part of the page is long gone. So can some kind person tell me what details I need to give them - is it simply name and address or is anything else needed?

You're welcome
The Daily Mail Energy monitor is a rip off I sent for mine and it it did not come

Mine hasn't come yet, I posted the cheque in September with the priority code etc. I was just wondering today whether to ask on here if anyone had received it, you must be telepathic! I should have known better; previously I sent for the language translator - promised to my grandson - but tho they cashed my cheque, it never came. After a lot of correspondence, ending up with my writing to the editor, the 9.99 came back to me but with no comment or apology. I tried again with the brainmaster, that arrived but was faulty so I phoned up and was told a replacement would be sent at once and I should return the faulty one - I did but no replacement arrived and the amount was so small, it wasn't worth making a fuss about. Same here, 2.99 wasn't it? Such a piffling amount, it seems silly to go beserk over it, but that's probably what they rely on. I think I'll have to go onto the Mail website and see if I can find anywhere there to complain. Thanks for getting in touch, anyway, you've made my mind up for me.

Biffadog - I hope you see this. Apparently people who have contacted the careline in the last week or two have been told that the monitors will be sent out "in a couple of weeks". If you want to contact them yourself the details are:

contact Promotions lynsey91 at........ Daily Mail promotions [email protected] (Freephone 0800 010111 and ask for Careline). They should be able to help you and will certainly be able to tell you if they received your application. It is a freephone number so it's worth giving it a try.

This quote is from the chat area on the DM website. I'm not holding my breath tho'.
