Aw Robi, sorry to hear about your "w" We stayed up late watching junk telly last night and then slept in this morning. All well and going in the right direction here, dogs are healing nicely. Its a bit grey here so later we'll go shopping.
Well Robi, I wanted to be the Good morning post on CB for once.

Oh dear very overcast and spitting here, just when I've done two big washes.
Hello all
Dull and overcast here too ,on the chilly side .It's nice to have the same weather as Neti for a change .
Hope you are all ok .Nothing doing here .My brother popped in this morning just as I was on my way to Lidl ,so he took me in the car .Mahoosive lettuce for 57p and I got some leather insoles and a few other bits including apple turnovers which are very nice with a cuppa !
Over and out for now .
just got back from massive shopping trip. A ton of food, minor errands, a fathers day gift got FiL (new ovengloves and teatowels for his new kitchen) sarnie lunch in the car with sharesies for the dogs. and I accidentally ended up in hotel chocolat oops
wow woofy you've been busy. Waves to shaney.

I have just made a beef stew with dumplings as it is still chilly here. Am tucked up in bed waiting fro Corrie, just hope our friends do not turn up on the doorstep, that would be a tad embarassing to find me in bed at this hour!
Hi again. Finally made it. I'm fed up with the nether regions problem. Dr. says test result OK. Have to carry on with the immodium for another week and go back if it hasn't cleared up. If it has I've to go back in a month instead.
I've been to Sainsburys for a big shop today cos brother J is coming up tomorrow for a week!!!!. Can't believe it. I think he has a 'gig'or 2 to do with a singer he knows up here. I'm really looking forward to seeing him even though it may not be a great deal during his stay. I might even see Steady too as he likes to come and see him as well for a session.

Have a good trip Jno. A bit of sunshine will make you feel better hopefully. Hope everyone else is ok including your lovely pets Woofy.

Off now to wash the heap of pots I have....Laters 'gaters.
Hi jude, sorry about your nethers, what a nuisance. Keep taking the pills them, imodium clears me up immediately.
I am glad you got a good test result Jude. If it is a virus, it might trail on a bit. lovely that your bro is visiting.
One more rest day tomorrow and then we should be go for a proper walk on wednesday..
Morning all, and waves to jno - gosh I was chilly last night, will have to put the quilted cover back on at this rate.

Hope you are all getting /feeling /staying better.
Good morning all, we are up early and lounging around. Shughy seems to be fixed and Rab is doing nicely. We will have one more resting day and back to normal exercise tomorrow.
Just been out for coffee, had to get my boots and a cardi out, really chilly, poor tourists of which there appears to be rather a lot! There was a new waitress who got absolutely everything wrong for everyone!!
Hello folks
It's grey and dreary here too Neti .Blowing a gale .Such fun .
Hope you are all ok .
Pleased to hear things are ok Jude .I'm sure it'll soon clear up .You do travel up and a down a bit and this may sound silly but perhaps it's the water .Feel free to laugh :)
you're right shaney, the different waters can cause tummy upsets.

It's a comfort eating day, have just had 2 english sausages in a french stick (we call it a barra for future ref) with hp sauce and then 2 slices of briche with clover spread, ooh lovely!
i didn't get my usual tummy upset after wine this week, guess jude is doing it all for me.
can't get my bum into gear today.
Just done another 2 loads of washing and it's raining raining raining. Just seen Skint, how awful life is becoming.
Hi all. That made me laugh Shaney.Yes it could be the water (or the chablis)and Neti I refuse to have your share of it. It's a pain in the proverbial!!
Anyway only had 2 Imodium today. I've been to Tai Chi and to a local pub for lunch with my LWO. They have both reached the grand old age of 75. One last Friday and the other yesterday.
My Bro has arrived and has put a load of washing on my line and it looks very much like rain.
I'm feeling a bit peckish again now so I'm off to have some cheese on toast + a bit of salad. That's just what I fancy.
Have a good night everybody. Hope all aches, pains etc are easing off. And if you haven't any hope you don't get any!
See yer later 'gater(s)
Yoo hoo jude xxx

Mr N had liver, onions, bacon, toms, mash carrots and peas in a lovely thickish gravy, I had sausage and chips and egg, then we had strawbs and cream as the strawbs are so cheap at this time of year and they are at their best.

Mr N came home from golf early and we had a pleasant pm lolling in the front room dozing, oh we are getting old!
That's good Jude....have had a stupid day. The hose between the pump and the filter started dripping today so I had to go and slosh around in the pond. Finally decided that I needed new bits so showered and changed and rushed off to the shop....came back and found that the drip had stopped all by itself....Lolling and dozing in the front room together is wonderful Neti.
Lol Jude ..blame it on the boogie or the Chablis :) Have a nice time with your brother .I've just watched Frankie .It's an emotional rollercoaster of a programme but I think it's really good .
We had schnitzel, sweet green salad and new potatoes and I had an Actimel for afters .
Goodnight lovelies ..sleep toight .
