Bldy IBS .My list of foods that no longer agree with me gets longer by the day and then to crown it all a letter from the NHS this morning telling me the testing kit for bowel cancer is on it's way . You couldn't make it up .I won't need a week to do it ,I can get it all done in one morning if today was anything to go by .

Good morning, had a super time last night, and was singing and dancing to "I'm gonna make you, make you love me" all the way home, poor Mr N. Am still in bed, but do not feel so bad, having a restful day, out again tomorrow and Saturday, and probably Sunday lunch too.

Dropped my new phone and now the camera is all fuzzy, blast.

Morning all...Jude, you must have heard me this morning as I watched the news, I said those exact words. Terrible... words fail you don't they.

Ooooh shaney, hope your tum settles down. I'm not into rabbit food anymore either...well, a bit of salad in a cob/roll is ok, I used to eat lots of raw stuff but then suddenly it started upsetting me. Apparently it's the middle stalky bit that's an irritant...same goes for cabbage, cauli etc. My diet is very limited. The best authority I've heard on IBS is Jan de Fries, I think he's got several books/websites etc.

It's so cold, weather woman said the wind would make it feel like January and she's right. It's a real feel of minus 2C tonight! So a night on the tiles in me lurex gownless evening strap is off.

Good morning all. excellent comments from Boris Johnson today.
Weather hasn't decided what its going to do yet. Shughy a bit still last night so we stayed in today..They will come with me to pick up Sis and be hugely excited tonight so I don't want idiot dog to make his leg bad again.
had chinese food from the local takeaway last night as I was passing at the end of the day and starving. It was pretty dreadful, I can do better myself and it cost me eleven quid!!!

morning Robi, yes its chilly here again. We've always had nutters who blame religion for their actions right back to Guy Fawkes. I think we are so shocked because this is such a rare event.
I am not sure why soldiers are being told to conceal their uniform...it could have been anybody on a Help for Heroes T shirt.

I didn't know that healthy lettuce and things upset one, so that's a good excuse for me to stick with eating rubbish. I love a lettuce and marmite sandwich with white bread.

It's a sad world sometimes and a hard life without horrific things like that. I'm a love and peace person but I agree with shaney, I'd feel like ripping them apart too. It's going to cause a lot of unrest again.

You seem to have been blessed with the digestive constitution of a goat neti :). My sister can eat pretty much anything, wish I still could.

I can't deal with anything like 5 a day either, or things like brown bread. Its very annoying, as i used to love to eat seasonally and would feast on asparagus and strawberries at this time of year but no longer. I still do eat my favourites but in carefully controlled portions which are nowhere near big enough.

I feel as rough as badgers bum today for some reason and I slept on the sofa for an hour which is unlike me .It's really windy out there now and keeps sloshing down ,then the sun comes out ,then it goes black again.
I had a look at that on a website Robinia .I'm sure I had a book which I bought in the pharmacy about IBS .I'll have to look for it .
I can't eat brown bread now either Woofy amongst loads of other things Thinking about it I'd eaten two kiwi fruits as well ,perhaps they were the culprit .

oh hi shaney...I think there must be a lot of long term viruses about. My ailment du jour is earache, neck ache, side of headache...you get the picture. I'll spare you the bad language :)

Oh Lordy Robinia ...isn't it crip .A few nice calm ,warm and sunny days would sort us out in no time ,I'm sure .
Btw all your cosmic thoughts must have done the trick .I forgot to say I had a mail from my old friend and she's home ,the op was a success and she feels OK but has to take things easy for a while .She's staying with her sister for a couple of weeks .
Oh cripes ..those pips have morphed into golf balls here .
