Have just checked the pond, touching wood the drip is fixed so we are off to bed. Oight oight all
Good morning.
Morning Neti. We are back early from our walk today as I didn't want to gontoonfar and set Shughy's shoulder off again. You are up early?
Morning again, I went back to sleep, of course it was damned cat that woke me! Phone has just awoken me again, no peace for the wicked. Sunny out, so will have to hang the damp washing out in the sun. Having a restful day today, by that I mean not meeting anyone for coffee, although will trot off on my own, I don't always want to be with others, hija has 2 days off so no worrying about her, and our friends haven't been in touch yet.
I'm watching BBC East and it's south Norfolk news, where's shaney or lottie?

Morning all...bit fresh and breezy here. Sorry for my absence yesterday, I had another relapse day. I've brought a note...

I hope you feel better for your brother's visit Jude. I think it must be one of those viruses that finds a weak area and settles there. You could probably do with some thompson's slippery elm food to restore your tum's normal transit but finding it can be difficult. I haven't got any in at the moment, T usually picks it up for me from a health store near to him. You make it with milk in the same way you'd make custard.

neti, you don't think they misbehave in their own area do you?
morning all. Amazon have it

I get my Collis Brown liquid from Amazon too.

Thanks woofy.
Oh lawdy I'm having one of those days where things go monumentally wrong before they come right. Just had my verified by visa denied 3 times (trying to renew yearly line rental with bt) and I was going frantic. Anyway I cancelled it all, logged off, signed back in and hey presto! all done first time. Pah! some days they're out to stress you.
Morning all
Have I been on the news Neti ?
I might have been 'cos apparently I was doing a lot of shouting last night .I'm so bunged up I had a really good squirt of that nasal spray stuff last night and I had a terrible nightmare .
I don't know if that was the cause of it as I don't usually have dreams that I can remember so vividly the next day.I feel a bit steamrollered this morning .
Hope you folks are all Ok though .Sunny here but breezy and still chilly . On 4th June Accu say it could reach the dizzy heights of 22C but I'm not holding my breath .
Question Author
ooh, I didn't have a nightmare as such but I did have an awful anxiety dream last night shaney. Must be the approaching full moon.
Goes to check accu with fingers crossed

hmmm, ony 20C for us on that day....still, it's better than the 11 we have today
Poor Robi, you had better come and live here with neti at least for the warme months, but not summer, I'll chivvy you up and make you party. We are out tonight with our friends, am desperately trying to find something half decent to wear as she is a absolute fashion plate, but I shall outdo her with my sparkling personality!!!!
You sure will Neti. Have a good time.
Sorry you've had a relapse Robi. Thanks for the slippery elm info. I'm not so good on alternatve meds but I'll give it a read when I get back from school.
Bro has gone out for the day and I've done some gardening this morning before I go to school.
Breezy and cool here but the sun is shining.
See yer later 'gater(s)

Well I could be feeling like this and have no home left standing so things could be a hell of a lot worse....I'm so sorry for those poor people in the Oklahoma tornado and those who have lost or may have to lose their houses after the Newark gas explosion. Up to six other homes might have to be demolished...

btw Jude... have you heard from the dentist lately? I know you go around the same time as me but they haven't texted me yet about a check-up appt. I don't want to go but I don't want to be struck off for not going. If they haven't been in touch before I'll ring them after the bank holiday.
Yes all those poor people, we are extremely lucky.

Poor shaney, hope you are feeling perkier this pm.

Good news, I have found all my summer sandals, was laying on the bed watching The 39 Steps with Robert Donut he is (was) gorgeous,( as you do, being as there wasn't much happening on the South Norfolk news when I suddenly got the urge to pelt everything out of the huge top cupboards which necessitated me bringing in the pool steps, and lo and behold there was with neti an orange bin liner full of shoes yay and again yay, still nothing to make me look good this evening but at least I have them now, still cannot find my knee length white shorts!!
I like a bit of lettuce
Especially for my tea
I like it in a sandwich
But it don't like me ................anymore !.
Pass the Immodium someone please :)
It's raining here now, but very true ,we shouldn't gripe about our weather having seen the devastation from that tornado .Poor people .
I'm glad you've found your sandals Neti .
Get yourself back combed ,plonk your tiara on and wow them :))
hello all, sorry for the relapsed and steamrollered..
Had a stupid day too. have been battling mealybug in my houseplants since last year. Got rid of the badly affected ones and watched the rest like a hawk. I really thought i had it sorted so yesterday treated myself to some african violets. I was putting them in pot covers and placing them today when I found the blooming dreaded bug was back. Anyway I had a really good hunt round and found colonies on two of my wooden window frames!!!!! Much scrubbing and cleaning later, I decided to go and cool off in the garden by putting some dried prunings through my chipper only to find that the chipper had died. Oh well, its only money.....
Dogs are happy tonight, I found some 2 feet long rawhide chews on the net. They smell like roasted meat and are jolly popular.
Robi I went to the Dentist about 4weeks ago. It was a 6 monthly check up.The dentist told me to leave it for 9 months next time. They left a message on my phone for the appointment last time. Hope you're feeling better now.
You're just a copy-cat Shaney taking the Immodium!! Hope it works for you. This morning for me was not back to normal yet. In fact I'm now bunged up. I'm so fed up with it. I expect tomorrow it'll be back to running to and fro about 5 times again.
I've been round to Fuschias this evening to get her to take a dress in for me. It's one I've had a couple of year as and have only worn it once so I thought I'd try and get some wear out of it this Summer if we get one!
Hope you're having a good time Neti. We'llhear about it tomorrow I expect.
More garden sorting for me. I've broken all the fence panels up and they're ready to go in the bins when they've been emptied.
Right I'm off now. Oight oight Biddyfriends everywhere. See yer laters 'gater(s)
