We bought a sofa and two arm chairs from Peter Greens , On the following day I noticed a lot of bad workmanship on the chairs, It wasn't like that in the showroom, I contacted them and said we were not happy and we would like a refund, He wasn't very nice to us and he said he would not refund our money,
It wasnt cheep iether,
Has anyone had the same sort of trouble, It seems once they have got your money they dont care.

If they have gone into administration then you may still get satisfaction from your complaint. If they have gone into recievership then they shouldn't have actually been able to sell you a sofa. If they have gone into recievership after you bought your sofa then you'll be lucky if you get a refund or a replacement.
