My dishwasher has started to not wash the dishes in one quarter of the lower tray, the front left The filter etcet is clean, there isn't any obstruction and the arms are not blocked and rotate freely. The dishes get wet and hot so there does seem to be some water getting to the dishes. Any suggestions please?
Hi all. What a wonderful man is Mr Palou. He had a look at the xrays explained I had a piece of bone needing putting back in position and then another plate putting in to hold it in place.I told him I was going to Paris in October and didn't mind if I had P of Paris on my wrist (pardon the pun ) and that made him laugh and he then asked what I was doing tomorrow and I said coming here to see you I hope and he said see you at 2...Boom boom!
His nurse assistant was with him and he gave me a hug and said you've made our day. I don't know why but he certainly made mine!!
He even asked for that plaster to be taken off and I have a small splint on now.
Just had to share that with you all. Thankyou so much for all your support.
I raining a bit now and feels a bit cooler. Have a good rest of the day all my Biddyfriends - see yer later 'gater(s) x
Well get you Jude you monkey, hugging the consultant on a first 'date' :) I'm really pleased it went well and that you've only got to wait until tomorrow...what a result!....Paris in the autumn, wooo! Didn't know Derby were playing there.... :o)
excellent news Jude. We have just been out shopping and shared yummy lunch...first time I have been out in daylight for a few days....not turning into a vampire, its either been too hot or thundery. We are sat at home now enjoying a cool breeze and the dogs are snoozling.
Doesn't Paris in October sound deeply chic and Audrey Hepburn?
I hope you all have the breeze too.....
Good old jude, of course he's nice, he's Spanish! I hugged my emergency dentist in May in Eastbourne, (mind you I still had to pay £100 but worth it!) I think a hug show moire appreciation than a handshake!
My young friend cut my back grasses at the right time didn't he!!.
Steady spotted a hole at the edge of my grass near the concrete and he says it's an animal but not a mole. Any ideas anybody please. Just hope it's not a rat...:(
Everything's digging at the moment Jude, foxes, squirrels...how deep and wide is it? I could hear foxes going barmy the other night, scratching and rustling in the shrubbery.
My consultant never hugged me, tut...I know deep down he was madly in love with me, he was just very professional ... ;o)
Hello Jude, you minx!!! Glad things are going well.
Could well be a at hole Jude. Rats are never far from us. Unless they cause a problem I wouldn't worry at all.
I wish my GP would hug me. He held my hand once and sent my blood pressure rising!!! He is just so lovely. Changes recently have meant that his is the voice on the out of hours message at the surgery - swoon. I shall be making multiple phone calls!! He often appears in my dreams!!! (the nice ones!!)
I just sent you all an email, am on the iPad so can't pull up a recent group one to be sure the addresses are right. If you don't get it, shout, it's not important, just funny.
Oight oight
Very good Woofy ..
Good luck for tomorrow Jude .
I'm at the doctors early doors ,but we won't be doing any hugging .I sit as near to the door as possible so I can make a fast exit ..lol...so I'm orf to bed .Oight Oight .
It smells a bit like autumn out there - well it did at 7.30am and now it's hot hot hot and we didn't get more than one downpour yesterday when the rest of the world seemed to be flooded. If it does hit 30 degrees this weekend I am not going to put one foot outside.
Hope you got on OK at the docs Shaney.
See you later. (If there are letters missing from words when I type, it is because my keyboard is playing up!!)
Thanks again Biddyfriends. All the best to you too Shaney at the Drs today. My washing has been out and in - not risking it so it's over racks in my back bedroom. Should be dry tomorrow when I'm back.
Good morning all, a pleasant sunny breezy day here after a tropically windy night. my fuchsias are full of bees. The tree that Sis and I cut down is shooting from the trunk again already. I think I am going to have to make the trunk shorter.
