My husband is hoping to take on his first two proper members of staff this week - what does he need to do in terms of paperwork to ensure that everything is above board? Also, does anyone have any ideas as to what would be a fair wage for a job in a showroom should be (it would involve opening the shop up, shutting the shop, answering the phone, speaking to customers and arranging appointments for quotes)?
