temerature at work

i work in a plastics factory and the temp can reach 35 c on some days we have ceiling mounted fans but the temp still reaches 30 to 35c wat can i do about this?

Join a union and get them to enforce current factories legisaltion which is straightforward.

There is no maximum temperature as far as Health and Safety is concerned. There's only a minimum.
