I've sent the care home an email asking if I can change my days as my new job days were only available Monday yo Wednesday. What do I do they haven't replied to my email.

You'll need to work hard to make sure you impress them in your new job to make sure they don't fail your probation or reduce your hours, and also try harder to be flexible and avoid issues with your supervisor- and be lucky to find you enjoy working with your colleagues and managers. With all that you might just make more of a success of it than in your last few roles

Who pretends to have dilema between 2 jobs as one won't accommodate them they changed one of cleaners days for her meaning there was no cleaner on Sundays then

Your Mum is home from her place of work now, or shortly, so go and tell her the complete facts about the reduced hours, new job offers and sort it out between the two of you. At least she will understand you which is more than others here.

Abbey, you're going round in circles - and trying to take us with you! You've ended up in a real mess with the hours, shifts - and no-one here can fix it. The care home's position is fully understandable, the new place would like you to start when you said you would (on the hours that you said you could do). There's no magic answer!

I guess I'll have to say I can do one day per week and that Friday seemed silly to do 3 days for 3 hours and 2 full days rather than other way round
