I'm looking for a graph to demonstrate the number of people going to HE in the northeast compared to nationally, but can't find anything on the net. Any suggestions of websites?

Probably better if you explain 'HE'
could be women on the streets looking for 'he-s' - in that case, the NorthEast is likely to be very high viz the national average.
Have you tried this site?
