prev Not attending a court hearing penalties.

What is the hearing about ? we need to know that in order to give any advice.
But in general a solicitor/ magistrate/ judge will visit the prison to interview him. Or possibly it will be via a video link to the court, they do this now to save the cost of taking prisoners to and from court .
