hey just another cheeky question, my ex's solicitor said to him that he is looking at a fine seen as though its his first offence and it was out of character, and hes due to join the army soon obvz,
just wondered if you think this is possible, because surely his solicitor cant know whats going to happen before the day?

if the solicitor (who has the benefit of all the facts, plus experience day to day of people in your exes position) thinks it is possible. then i guess it is. Just as the solicitor can't know what will happen in advance, neither can anyone on here i'm afraid. I can tell this is really really worrying you, and i hope he gets the outcome that is best for him
