serious question about a lost wallet
My husband has just lost his wallet and we have cancelled his cards. Do we need to report it to the police too (in case of any attempted/actual use of his cards)? Thanks (PS - luckily there was no money in it.)

Although it wasn't strictly speaking a crime. If your husband has lost it they might not do anything, but it's still worth speaking to them and see what they advice. Especially with all the cards that were in the wallet.
