Overdue maintenance payments question

I know a man who got divorced. He has 2 teenage daughters from that marriage. He remarried and moved abroad, since when he stopped making maintenance payments. This was about 4 years ago. If he came back for a visit, would he be arrested at the airport?

Not unless there was a warrant out for his arrest.

Highly unlikely it is usually dealt with as a civil matter not a criminal one.
