An Online Clothing Company Is Refusing To Answer My Emails
I had awful problems with this company and returned an item that was paid with paypal. The amount (only £15.50) has not been refunded although they authorized the return, and they have ignored my e-mails. It is difficult to phone from work and they are only open mon-fri. I have threatened to report them but have no idea who too, or shall I shame them on facebook or something?

Nope, you can login to your Paypal account and start a dispute. Go to your account summary and on the left is a clickable link that says, Resolve a problem in the Resolution Centre. You'll be able to work it out from there

Their phone lines are open from 8am to 8pm (0800 161 5500), so is it not possible for you to call them, say, after work?
Otherwise, write them a nasty letter, threatening legal action (togetherpossibly with a hint of shaming them on social media as well) and send it by Recorded Delivery (or 'Signed For' as Royal Mail now seem to be calling that service). Address it to:
JustFab (UK) Ltd
8-10 Dryden Street
London

Yes, I'm back before 8pm and I did try once but was put in a queue and its a bit of a pain when I want to make dinner!! I have actually written to them to, asking for my refund and closing my account but it was never acknowledged along with receipt of my return!
You think I should write and warn them of social media slating rather than just saying something? They would never believe I would go to the trouble of legal action for that amount of money.

A few years ago I had a problem getting a refund from a well known Company for approx £100.
That suddenly changed when I told them (phone) that I worked for a Company that employed 30,000 people Nationwide and was just one push of a button from informing every regional office (28) how difficult they were to deal with.
I lied, but was refunded within 48 hours.
All you can do is to keep hassling them - by whatever means you can think of!
It might be worth contacting Trading Standards but they're nearly always incredibly overloaded with work. Use the postcode locator at the foot of this page:

it was only a couple of weeks, so I think legally it has to be 14 working days but they are not talking to me and have never acknowledged receipt of my returned item, or the letter to close my account!
Cant see where there are unhappy customers, I can only see their bright shiny ads on that link Daffy, where do I look?
Yes, I will have to threaten them with Trading Standards, thx.

You're right frognog, thank-you, I will have to wait the 14 working days I think and then I will definitely contact paypal. This company is so annoying I want to warn people, they don't have a customer review page or anything but I might still add my feelings to the facebook posts just because I am cross and have wasted so much time on them!
Thanks
