Iv separated from my husband and he's got a flat the tenancy was terminated on marital home wen he accepted flat,,, lm still in marital home with my handicapped daughter,, house has been adapted for her needs and is a two bed house now not three. Bedroom,,, council are coming to see me to assess if l can take over tenancy or not lm 61,, Wat are my rights?

Shelter are very helpful with all aspects of housing advice , I contacted them after my husband died re the security of my tenancy.
