My new neighbour wants to increase the height of the fence between our two properties. Can she do this?
The exsisting fence was put up and paid for by me and i want this fence to remain.

If it is your fence then they can't increase the height without your permission. There is however, nothing to stop them putting another higher fence on their side.
However the maximum height of any boundary fence without applying for Planning Permission for it is 2 metres.
