indirect harrassment

i am being harrassed at work. three work collegues 2 of which are lesbians, have sent a 15 page grievence to managment basically saying i am harrassing them and made friends with the one and have now turned my attention to the other one, also told lies about my sexuallity, that i have been with a woman, which is not true, and that i seem to be stalking them around our work place, i drive a forklift truck and work various areas in the workplace the one girl of which i have never even spoken too. they also have no evidence to prove this

HR will investigate the claims by your colleagues and you will be given a chance to talk and tell your side. keep calm, ask one of your other colleagues if they will speak for you on your behalf as a character reference.

Dont worry yet and keep your nerve. keep away from them
if it is bothering you talk to personnel/HR immediately. Call a meeting with them, and explain your concerns.
