parental responsabilty
my daughter is 7yrs old and her father wants to take me to court to get parental responsabilty as i want to move to Ireland Dublin. he wants to use this to stop me leaving country. is there any way i can stop him getting this as he is a very controlling man and will try to ruin my life. i let him see her every wk end and when i move i will let him have her in school holidays.

She left him, because he wasn't around enough. He didn't see it this way he was a taxi driver and he just wanted to provide for them and the only way to do this was work all the hours god sent. She then informed him they were moving to France, he tried his hardest to stop it but they still went. He was a shell of a man when he lost his daughter.
Within a year of them moving over there they went out to dinner with friends and the excopper drove them home drunk. He killed my friends daughter, his exwife, one of his friends and one of their daughters. It was one of the saddest days I have ever experienced. My friend was about to sell up and move over there to be near them.
There are plenty of good dads out there and I suppose you have to think about their reltaionship is with the child before you amek the monumental decision to move to another country.
