My son was caught speeding. The car he was driving is being paid for by myself on finance so the log book is in my name. The car came with seven days free insurance which ran out last wednesday , he forgot to setup his insurance. Where do we stand on this with
the logbook being in my name.

Can Natwest get away with it?
