We have 3 tall leylandii type trees in our garden, close to our neighbours' boundary. We intend to cut them considerably as they block our view from our bedroom. Our neighbours have not spoken to us about this matter, just sent a standard anti-social behaviour act letter! They know we will not leave them as they are,as we have cut them in the past.I answered the letter as polite as I could manage and told them we were going to do it soon. They have now written again saying they want a date and when they expect it to be done by,which is totally unreasonable!!I want to know if I am obliged to give them a date as I think they should be satisfied by my reply letter. They are trying to control us,I feel.Thankyou in advance.
