CBR checks

if you have a caution and a CBR check is being done for a cleaning job in an elderly persons care home will the caution show up or is it only if u have been convicted and hav a propper criminal reccord?

a caution will show up, even being the victim of a crime will show up on various databases, although the CRB researcher is only at liberty to disclose the relevant info, so it would depend what the caution is for. In the above case (petty theft ie shoplifting) would be disclosed (drunk and disorderly) perhaps wouldn't be. It is a judgment call
