Hi I got an injunction on my partner and basicly you have to go but they dont..you see you cant just go and say u want an injunction on someone because that stays with them on there record so if you just didnt like someone you could do it to make them look bad! so you go and so do they,,thats if they turn up and you say how long you want it for and they can either say they are ok against you having it or can argue with you and the court, Most of the time the assused ends up not showing in which case you can say u want 1,2,4 years injunction..my ex turned up but lucky for me he said give her what i want and I said two years then and I got it.To be honest if its that bad weather or not they fight against you the judge will grant it..well good luck hope this has helped you out
