is this harrasment?

hi a few months ago a party of about 15-20 of us including children went tfor a meal at a local ''family'' pub but i was extremely unhappy with the service we recieved as a whole which resulted in me putting a non complimentary review up on their website. I will try and keep it short as possible but will give you a break down of what i wrote............ firstly we were part of a playgroup and 4 of us had pushchairs with us and the babies were asleep in them, straight away we were told ' you cant come in with them'! anyway after a bit of discussion all of a sudden we were in there. the pushchairs were not blocking a walkway, fire exit, or any other access area. Secondly as we went to order our food at the bar 2 at a time a few of us heard the staff slagging us off and complaining in general about us and our 'brats' ( may i stress that 4 were sleeping and there were 2 children sat in highchairs) so in my opinion they were being very well behaved and not being a nuisance whatsoever. so therefore i cant see what there problems where at all. Thirdly when our food arrived a member of our party asked quite simply if she had been given the riggt sauce as it tasted like gravy and not peppercorn as she ordered. The waitress huffed and puffed and took it into the kitchen. The cook then came out, hand on her hip and a face like thunder and said ' this is peppercorn sauce, im the cook so i would know, alright love, whilst slamming it down on the table and walking away. Nevertheless to say we were all shocked at her manners if anything. In the end the atmosphere was so frosty in there that niether of us felt welcome and in the end we ended up leaving before we finished our meals. the food was nice but the attitudes of the staff was shocking.
Anyway like i said i was so disscussted with how we were treated as a party that i put a review up on their site and said what and why i was putting it on there.

Do you intend to follow this through to a higher level or what?
Agree that. the service was dreadful and that the meal was awful , but cannot understand what it is you want or expect to happen .
