What is the point of this? Isn't it just already over inflated ego's being congratulated for doing something they should be doing anyway?
And how do any of us know if they are decent parents.
It makes me angry. But I don't know why.

It annoys me when the media tell me that someone is a 'national treasure' inferring that I should like them too.
Or people getting MBEs etc only because they have lived a long long time - Bruce Forsyth is an example.
