trying to remember a film

someone made a remark about the wind changing today that suddenly reminded me of a film I saw once but I can,t remember much about it.
I think it was set in America and there was a metal sign that kept swinging in the wind and making a noise , and when the wind changed something would happen (probably bad) but I can,t remeber anything else about it,
any ideas ?

There's a scene in "Twister" that is similar, but it's not a major part of the film.

thank you I have had a look at Twister but don,t think it was that
I think there was something more eerie or spooky about it, you know what it,s like when you just get something stuck in the back of your mind, I think "when the wind changes" was the most important bit because that was when whatever happened was going to happen

Was it 'The Happening' about nature attacking mankind and the attack came when the wind blew ?
