A lot of programs have a competition at the end to win a holiday or cash or whatever by answering some ridiculously easy question and texting the answer. You can also enter free online but only for a certain number of days. Is this a legal obligation that the TV company has to offer this and if so do you still have the same chance of winning as if you paid to answer by text?
