what is this film called

I can only remember a few details but I'd love to see this film again so can someone please tell me the title: it involved an American serviceman sent into somewhere in the Balkans to produce photographic evidence of mass war graves. He gets spotted and begins a cat and mouse chase to get the photographs (on disk) out of the country. All his attempts to get to safety seem to be thwarted, not only by his enemy, but by his own superiors whose hands seem to be tied. Eventually makes it to his rendezvous point and is airlifted out by US choppers. Rivetting stuff - shame the title wasn't so memorable...
