Find Sarah Millican funny, an oxymoron if ever I heard one!

It was good entertainment at the time. We didn't have a telly in those days so I used to go next door to watch it on theirs. The format was good and even Brucie was funny, but I haven't even watched the new version as I do believe that certain programmes are past their sell by date. Back in the day, we got to see the American stars that came over to entertain and they were usually very good.
Now we want something fresh and lively, not old gits like Jimmy Tarbuck, Art Garfunkel and the rest. Unfortunately, some of the acts now are just not good enough and that is the main problem.
Sarah Millican is not on her own for being unfunny, most female comedians are unfunny.

Could it be that they have a different sense of humour than males?
I did notice Art Garfunkel really struggled to hit the high notes. It left me wondering, has he got a cold?
Sorry, I enjoyed it, though Art Garfunkel did struggle. I've watched the show every week, it's my sort of thing. Obviously, some of the acts are better than others but you take the rough with the smooth.
I think she's an excellent comedian & thought Art Garfunkel made a decent fist of "Sound of Silence" for a 72-yr old.
