Is it a court room based drama?
Sorry- found it on Channel 4. I'm watching The Eagles on Sky Arts
I like it, although I find it very reminiscent of A Passage to India.
Is this a new series started tonight ?.
Yes - Channel 4 now.

Question Author
Perhaps some kind Mod on duty tonight can change category for me.
I'm quite enjoying it. The first one usually tends to be a bit slow.
I think only the Ed can do that - contact him? - via the link at the bottom of the page.
I don't mods can move threads.

I agree ummmm sometimes first episodes can take a while to get going, but.............this is not grabbing me, yet.
one of the more interesting Law questions to be honest
moved to Media and TV :-)

auntie xxx
I must admit I was watching it....and on the computer at the same time. Which to be honest I do a lot of..but I found it very confusing and boring... Come the end I was thinking "well whats that all about"...
Will watch it next week but not sure after that.?
pure Sunday night telly, with added Julie Walters

absolute belter
lila, I thought the same, confusing, too many characters and storylines, though I suppose they will all tie in at the end.

Everytime I hear Julie Walters she always sounds like Petula Gordino in Dinner Ladies. lol lol lol.
Yes very bitty with no particular storyline as yet, too much mumbling and some scenes were in need of sub-titles.

And what was this all about, a married man on board a train with his wife and young son, gets off the train to attend a young Indian boy on the tracks.

Then one sees him and a young Indian woman taking the boy to a children's home, next we see the married man making advances towards the Indian woman, and he hadn't even caught up with his wife and son, since leaving them on the train?
rather slow start I thought, was a bit dim, took me a while to register the era it was set in
